Vintage Soviet Stalinist Empire Wall Sconce – Reimagined by OLD NEW LAMP
This is an original vintage Soviet wall lamp restored and prepared for modern use. The design is made in the Stalinist Empire style, with characteristic classical ornamentation, a decorative star motif and a sculptural wall-mounted form.
The lamp body is made of aluminum and finished with paint. The glass shade is a distinctive ribbed Soviet type commonly known as a “Shishka” (“Pine Cone”) shade.
The lamp uses a standard E26/E27 bulb socket. It is sold with a bulb suitable for either 110V or 220V, depending on the buyer’s country.
The electrical cord has an inline on/off switch. A plug adapter will be provided for the buyer’s region: EU, US, UK or AU.
