Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return period. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused except for reasonable inspection, and returned with all supplied parts, accessories, documents, and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email support@oldnewlamp.com before sending the item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

For a change-of-mind return, an unwanted item, or an item ordered with an incompatible voltage or plug option selected by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a tracked and adequately insured shipping service. The customer remains responsible for the parcel until it is delivered to us.

If we sent the wrong item, or the item arrives damaged or has a confirmed defect that was not disclosed in the listing, Old New Lamp will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. Contact us before returning the item and provide photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label where applicable.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees, and other third-party charges are not refundable, except where required by applicable law or when the return results from our error.

Damage or problems

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. Contact us as soon as possible if the item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the item ordered so that we can assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution.

Non-returnable items

Custom-made, personalized, or specially modified items cannot be returned for a change of mind. This restriction does not affect rights relating to items that are defective, damaged, or not as described.

Gift cards, if offered, are non-returnable.

European Union 14-day cancellation right

If an order is delivered to the European Union, you generally have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason, unless a legal exception applies, including for custom-made or personalized goods.

You must notify us within the 14-day period and return the item in the condition received. The customer bears the direct cost of return shipping.

Where required by law, we will refund the purchase price and the cost of standard outbound delivery. Additional delivery upgrades are not refundable.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

We may withhold the refund until the returned item is received or valid proof of return is provided, where permitted by law.
