Handmade Lava Lamp from a 0.5 L Absolut Bottle

This one-of-a-kind lava lamp uses an empty Absolut bottle as the illuminated vessel and combines it with a custom industrial-style base made from glass-textolite plates and steel rods.

An aluminum tube below the bottle houses a 60W incandescent bulb. The lamp can be prepared for either 110V or 220V operation. All materials used in the conversion are new, and three rubber feet support the base.
